The 4,096-colour core

At the foundation of CoolourCoin sits a finite genesis palette, composed of 4,096 carefully quantised colours. Each block represents a unique shade that can be mined, owned, and transferred – but never duplicated.

The palette is structured: darker, saturated tones near the base; softer mid-tones in the middle; rare near-white hues at the apex. A natural scarcity – no artificial trickery.

You cannot re-mint a sunrise.
You can only remember the light.

Once a genesis colour leaves the spectrum and is mined into existence, it carries an immutable record: who discovered it, the mining cost, and the price history over time.
